This amazing experience has it all! We start with a relaxed-pace run across the 2-mile span of the bridge, through Brooklyn Heights, and down into Brooklyn Bridge Park where we pause to embrace the breathtaking views of Manhattan’s amazing skyline and add in core strengthening exercises. We continue our run along the East River waterfront to the DUMBO side of the Bridge and enjoy a warm down Yoga Flow. We wrap it all up with a Power Walk back across the Bridge into Manhattan during which we focus on the incredible history of this awe inspiring, world famous wonder!
Overview
The Brooklyn Bridge is the most iconic landmark in all of New York. The Bridge provides great views of Manhattan and Brooklyn and offers a look back at the origins of modern day New York City. This 4 mile run covers a lot of landmarks, taking you over the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, through the streets of Chinatown and The Five Point Area before finishing up where we started. We run at a casual pace, but do encounter some moderate hills along the route which may prove challenging.
