TOUR DEPARTURE TIME: Tour Starts @ 06:00 hrs, but pick up is 30-60 minutes before.
DURATION : Approximately 6 hours
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH .
CANCELLATION: Cancel Free of charge Up to 72 hours from the date of service local time, after that full charge.
AGE CRITERIA: Age limit for any passenger will be above 5 years to less than 70 years (less than 5 years and more than 70 years passenger will not be allowed to fly)
WEIGHT: Maximum weight for any passenger will be 120kgs (if exceeds then two tickets need to be purchased). If the guest doesn’t pay the additional overweight charges on the site- the invoice for the same would be raised to the company.

Discover the rolling golden hills of the desert from atop with your friends or family in this thrilling experience. Get to know your pilot and possibly even have a chance to help flying the balloon while you are in the air!
Pick up & drop off conditions
Our dispatch is done daily, and depending on the different pickups we have to do and the routings, our operation department will pick you up between 30 mn to 60 mn from tour departure time.
The vehicle would arrive at any time in between the said timings, unless due to any unavoidable circumstances such as traffic conditions, mishap, or in case of any other delay
The vehicle would wait at the maximum of 10 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick up location are not delayed

For clients in SHARJAH, JEBEL ALI, or AJMAN hotels: we charge a supplement of 15$ pp for pick up.

Meals are based on food only basis, any beverages (alcoholic/nonalcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and to be paid directly at the spot. When mentioned during visits, lunch will be provided
