Refunds cannot be issued to guests who are late, missed their tour, or did not like the seats available at the time of boarding. Passengers should remain seated at all times during the tour. Guests who fail to follow this rule may be asked to exit the vehicle and Big Bus Tours will not be held liable or responsible for any costs which are incurred as a result of this.
